REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURES AND PRINCIPLES OF LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (“KVKK”)

VISITOR PRIVACY NOTICE

As KIRIMCI METAL FORM SAN. TİC. A.Ş., operating in Bursa, Türkiye, in our capacity as data controller;

• In a manner connected, limited and proportionate to the purpose of processing,
• Depending on the situation, regarding the personal data requested by us and/or shared by you with us,
• Within the scope of the purpose requiring their processing;
• We hereby inform you that such personal data will be recorded, stored, preserved, rearranged, shared with institutions legally authorised to request such personal data, and, under the conditions stipulated by the KVKK, transferred to third parties domestically, assigned, classified and otherwise processed in the ways set out in the KVKK.

The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to explain to you how and for what purposes we process your personal data. Please read this Privacy Notice carefully.

REGARDING VISITOR DATA

The Company collects personal data directly from data subjects verbally or physically and processes such personal data. You can find below the table showing which personal data is collected and processed, and how it is collected.

FOR WHAT REASONS DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We request this data from you for the following reasons;

KIRIMCI METAL FORM SAN. TİC. A.Ş. may need to collect your personal data in order to carry out the procedures stipulated by law, create records, ensure and audit the soundness of quality, information security and confidentiality policies and standards, provide internet services, fulfil occupational health and safety obligations, and establish internal work permits. Failure to provide this personal data would cause us to act contrary to our obligation to ensure safety within the Company under the Labour Law and relevant legislation, and could also put you at risk.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING VISITOR DATA

Your personal data may be processed by the Company for the purposes and legal grounds specified below.

• Recording visitor entries in the visitor logbook/computer at the reception desk
• Ensuring the safety of the Company, visitors and employees

In line with security procedures (detection of theft, workplace incidents, disputes, etc., and detection of unauthorised entry, etc.), camera footage of employees and/or persons visiting the Company is recorded via cameras located at building entry/exit points, the front and back garden, the production area, entry/exit points, and security and IT rooms.

Your personal data will be retained for 30 days, unless the relevant legislation requires a longer retention period or a longer period is necessary for the purpose for which the data is processed.

SHARING VISITOR DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES IN TÜRKİYE

Your personal data processed, limited to the information that is mandatory, may be shared;

• With audit firms and information security firms, for the purpose of carrying out the necessary quality, confidentiality and standard audits,
• With public institutions and organisations, for the purpose of fulfilling legal requirements and/or official authority requests,
• With occupational health and safety companies and healthcare institutions, for the purpose of fulfilling emergency medical interventions and occupational health and safety obligations,

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF THE KVKK

Under the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether in Türkiye or abroad,
• To request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist,
• To request that the correction or deletion of your information, carried out at your request, be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, if any,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data,

To exercise the rights listed above, you may submit your written request, together with the information necessary to verify your identity and an explanation of the right you wish to exercise, to “KIRIMCI METAL FORM SAN. A.Ş. ” Hasanağa OSB 8th Street No:1 Nilüfer/Bursa“, clearly stating that the subject concerns the KVKK, either with a wet signature or via secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by the data subject in person, sent to our registered electronic mail address ‘kirimcimetal@hs01.kep.tr’. Applications must be made in Turkish.

Applications must include the applicant’s full name and signature (if submitted in writing), Turkish Republic identity number for Turkish citizens, nationality and passport number/identity number for foreign nationals, residential or workplace address for notification purposes, email address (if applicable), telephone number, and the subject of the request. If any mandatory information is missing, the application cannot be answered, and responsibility shall lie with the applicant.

As the data subject, in order to exercise the rights specified above, your application containing explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise must clearly and comprehensibly state the matter requested; the matter requested must relate to yourself, or, if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorised to do so and must provide documentation of such authorisation; the application must include identity and address information and must be accompanied by documents verifying your identity. Applications made within this scope will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
